If you are contacting us regarding a prescription refill, please remember the following:
- The doctor
must approve all refill requests, so it may take up to 24 hours for
your request to be called in.
- Please leave
your full name that is on the prescription, your date of birth, name/strength/quantity
of the medication, and the pharmacy name and phone number.
- You will
receive a call when your request has been called in.
- Please speak slowly and clearly on the message.
